Executive Team
Paul Bartlett, Founder and President – As a founder of Cirius Group, Inc. (1984), Paul brings both a great creative vision and outstanding application development experience. His mission is to build exceptional software solutions that keep Cirius’ customers at their peak production. Paul graduated in 1981 Magna Cum Laude with a B. S. in Business Administration and Economics. He is well versed in all areas of our business. His special talent is the awesome combination of two important elements, a great creative vision together with outstanding application development skills.
Doug Spainhower, Partner and Sales Executive - Doug has been with Cirius Group, Inc. since June of 1986. He has served the company by helping to establish and manage the Consulting & Support Services Group, establishing the framework for sales and marketing and, in his current role, by acting as a sales executive. Doug attended Abilene Christian University in Abilene Texas, graduating in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Prior to joining Cirius Group, Inc., he built and managed three other entrepreneurial companies in the service and technical sectors and taught students with learning disabilities.
Greg Delucchi, Partner and Lead Software Developer - Greg is responsible for developing and supporting Cirius Group, Inc's software products over the last 16 years. He achieved a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Engineering from UC Davis in 1991. Even as a student, Greg was involved with healthcare in providing programming for a medical clinic in his hometown of Stockton, California. Greg's family includes three charming daughters and close family ties in the central valley.
Jayne Kroner, VP Business Development - Jayne leads the advertising, marketing and sales teams at Cirius Group, Inc. Prior to this current role, she managed the Cirius compliance team monitoring billing regulations and compliance changes in the healthcare industry. She has over 25 years experience in health care. She has held management positions at John Muir Health System in Walnut Creek, Alta Bates Medical Center in Berkeley, Mission Regional Medical Center in Mission Viejo and Western Medical Center in Santa Ana. She is a member of professional organizations of HFMA, AAHAM, and WEDI. She has been an active HFMA member since 1981, and is currently serving on the executive board. She attended Saddleback College, entering their Registered Nursing program and California State University Fullerton, studying business management.
Erin Fernandez, CPC, Director of Compliance - Appointed to her current position of Compliance Director in January 2006, Erin is a recognized expert in billing and coding regulations. Joining Cirius in 2004, Erin has over 12 years experience in the industry. After attending Maric College in San Diego, she entered nursing school and continues her education through credentialing programs. She is a member of both AAPC and HFMA. As Director of the Cirius Compliance Team, Erin interprets requirements established by claim payers and fiscal intermediaries. She plays a key role in the development and implementation of new system-editing criteria used by Cirius, and manages the on-site coordination for installations, new user training and reinforcement training.
Jason Rathjen, Technical Support Coordinator - Jason has been a Cirius Group, Inc. employee since 1999. He is directly involved with daily support operations and the resolution of client issues. As a technical consultant, he has been responsible for client’s new software installations, customizations and daily support operations. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Systems Engineering (software option) from the University of Arizona in 1994.
